DFX is Deep Fusion's hybrid AI+VFX pipeline, designed to bridge the gap between emerging generative AI technologies and established production and post-production workflows. We built DFX because we believe AI is at its most powerful when it works alongside experienced artists.

Rather than treating AI output as a finished product, DFX combines machine learning with traditional CGI, compositing and artist-led finishing to create premium-quality assets for broadcasters, studios and streamers. Creative teams remain in control throughout every stage of the process. Our pipelines are rights-aware, insured and broadcast-ready, designed to integrate invisibly into your workflow while elevating what’s on screen.

Every part of DFX has been shaped around the realities of production, because that's where we come from. 

Unlike many generative AI workflows that produce compressed, consumer-ready outputs, DFX is built for the technical requirements of premium content development. With high-fidelity assets in industry-standard formats including; 16-bit EXR image sequences and ProRes 4444 XQ, enabling seamless integration into existing pipelines without compromising quality or creative control. 

By combining AI-generated elements with human creative oversight, DFX provides a scalable workflow that enhances existing content pipelines with the quality and flexibility required for tier-one production.
